Best Air Fryer Cookbook Recipe

– 1 pound chicken tender – 1 cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for a gluten-free option) – 2 eggs, beaten – 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular) – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon paprika – 1 teaspoon salt – 1/2 teaspoon black pepper – Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Set up a dredging station with three separate bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with the breadcrumb mixture.

Dredge each chicken tender first in the flour, shaking off any excess, then dip into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off, and finally coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere

Lightly spray the basket of your air fryer with cooking spray or brush with a thin layer of olive oil.

Arrange the coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other or overcrowding the basket.

Air fry the chicken tenders at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside.
