Best Lasagna Recipe

– 1 (16 ounce) package lasagna noodle – 1 pound ground beef – 1 onion, chopped – salt and pepper to taste – 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning – 4 cups ricotta cheese – 1 cup grated Romano cheese – 2 ½ cups spaghetti sauce – 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese – 2 medium zucchini, sliced – 1 cup fresh basil leave


Boil some lasagna noodles until they're just right, then drain and rinse them.

Cook ground beef with onion and spices until it's not pink anymore, then drain off any extra liquid.

Mix the cooked beef with ricotta cheese, Romano cheese, and some spaghetti sauce. 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 

Spread a bit of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. 

Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, and basil leaves in the dish. 

Repeat layers until you run out of ingredients, finishing with a layer of sauce, basil, and mozzarella cheese on top. 

1. Bake for about 50-55 minutes, covering with foil if the cheese on top gets too brown.
