Cheesy Garlic Bread Fondants


1 head garlic 1 tbsp fresh parsley 80 g butter Salt pepper as needed ½ bloomer loaf 170 g American cheese 80 g mozzarella ball 120 g rream cheese 1 tsp Dijon mustard ½ tsp paprika Rocket as needed Mango chutney as needed

Preheat the Air Fryer to 190°C. Prepare garlic by cutting off 1/5th, drizzling with oil, salt, and pepper, then wrapping in foil.

Cut bread into circles and rectangles for the fondant. Combine soft butter, garlic cloves, and parsley. Prepare cheese mixture.

Line ramekins with buttered bread, fill with cheese mixture, and seal with more bread. Cover with foil, prick holes, and air fry at 175°C for 20 minutes. 

After 15 minutes, remove foil and continue cooking until golden. Prepare serving plate with rocket and pickle. 

Once fondants are golden, remove from Air Fryer and let cool briefly. Invert fondants onto the serving plate. 

Serve immediately while hot and gooey. Enjoy the crispy exterior and cheesy, garlicky goodness.
