Cranberry Apple Galette Recipe

1 pre-made pie crust 1 large Honeycrisp apple, sliced ½ cup brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp salt ½ cup cranberries 1 egg beaten 1 tsp granulated sugar Organic vegetable oil spray Powdered sugar, for serving

In a big bowl, mix together the sliced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until everything is coated evenly.

Put the pie crust on a cutting board. Arrange the apple slices in the middle of the crust, leaving a bit of space around the edges. Sprinkle cranberries on top.

Fold the edges of the crust over the filling, making pleats as you go. The goal is to cover some of the filling while leaving the middle open, giving it a rustic look.

If the galette is too big, you can fold the edges in more or leave them wide for a bigger galette. Press the edges gently to keep them in place and prevent leaks.

Brush the exposed crust with beaten egg. Sprinkle sugar along the edges. Lightly spray the air fryer basket and carefully put the galette inside.

Air fry at 375°F / 190°C for 15-17 minutes until the crust is golden brown and firm. Take it out of the air fryer and let it cool a bit before slicing. Enjoy!
