Peanut Butter Yogurt Cup With Magic Shell Topping

1 (5.3-oz.) container low-fat vanilla strained (Greek-style) yogurt 2 teaspoons natural peanut butter 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil Chopped unsalted peanuts for garnish (optional) Flaky sea salt for garnish (optional)


Mix yogurt and peanut butter together in a bowl or the yogurt container.

Put chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small bowl that can go in the microwave.

Heat it in short bursts, stirring in between until the chocolate is melted and smooth (about 45 to 60 seconds in total).

Pour this melted chocolate over the yogurt mix and spread it out evenly.

You can add peanuts or a bit of salt on top if you like.

Put it in the freezer for 10 minutes or in the fridge for 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
