Peppermint Espresso Martini Recipe


1 espresso capsule 2 oz vodka 1 oz Kahlua ½ oz simple syrup ¼ tsp peppermint extract 1 cup ice Mini candy cane, for serving

Put a mug under the coffee machine and make 2 ounces of espresso. 

Now, in a cocktail shaker, mix the espresso with vodka, Kahlua, simple syrup, peppermint extract, and some ice. 

Shake it well for 2-3 minutes until it gets frothy. 

Then, pour it into a cocktail glass through a strainer 

Finally, serve it with a small candy cane.
