Roasted Sugar Snap Peas

– ½ pound sugar snap peas, ends trimmed – 1 small red onion, cut in slices – 1 tablespoon olive oil – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning – salt and pepper, to taste


Preheat your oven to 425°F.  Cover a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Spread out the sugar snap peas and red onions on the baking sheet.

Drizzle olive oil over the veggies and mix it all together until everything is coated.

Sprinkle on garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and mix everything again.

Roast in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until the veggies are tender but still crisp. Stir them once during cooking.
